About Teresa
In 1990 I transitioned into real estate to help people navigate one of life’s biggest changes. Since then, I’ve sold over 1,600 homes in Washington, working with buyers and sellers at every stage. My background in hospitality and business helps me understand the emotional and logistical challenges of moving. Having lived in 7 states and attended 17 schools in 14 years, I know firsthand how it feels to start fresh. That insight shapes my approach—personalized, compassionate, and client-focused.
Before real estate, I built a diverse career across multiple industries. I was an Accounts Payable Supervisor at Vanguard Insurance Co., ran a jewelry business, and spent 18 years in the restaurant industry—from waitress to owner—gaining hands-on experience in customer service, team leadership, and business management.
Family is everything to me. I have 3 grown children, 9 amazing grandsons, and a very spoiled cat. I love spending time with family and friends, especially around the dinner table. Cooking, entertaining, gardening, and reading are some of my favorite ways to relax. My backyard garden is my peaceful retreat.
Travel is another big passion—I’ve visited all 50 states, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. I often mix work with travel, always learning from the people and places I encounter.
