About Cheryl

For more than 30 years, my business has been built on referrals. A true testament to the trust my clients place in me and the relationships I've formed. It's been my privilege to help buyers and sellers throughout the Portland Metro area achieve their real estate goals. I also hold the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, an advanced professional certification that reflects my commitment to continuing education and staying current with the latest real estate practices, market trends, and industry knowledge.

If I could do life over again, I would be a teacher. That passion for educating others naturally carries over into my real estate career. I enjoy helping my clients understand every step of the process, answering questions with patience, and providing the knowledge they need to make confident decisions. My goal is to make every transaction feel less overwhelming and more empowering, and I’m sure we'll even share a few laughs along the way.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me tending my flower gardens, camping, cheering on my favorite sports teams, or spending time with my family. My husband and I have raised four wonderful children who have blessed us with three beautiful granddaughters and one handsome grandson. Our dog, Lilly, is also an important part of our family who brings us joy daily!
