I have always had a passion for Real Estate. Whether it is working with buyers or working with sellers. I work with both and I welcome the challenges that come with every transaction. It can be a very emotional experience for a seller or a buyer and I enjoy keeping everyone's focus on the final outcome. A seller that leaves their home behind and to a buyer it is welcoming them to their new home and neighborhood. I love working with both. I have been in Real Estate for over 22 years and my main mission is to keep the communication open throughout the transaction. A very important aspect of any transaction. I work with buyers from every aspect, First Time Buyers to Experienced Buyers. And the same for sellers. My goal with my buyers is to make sure they are buying their home with their eyes open and guide them on the buying process with a lot of communication. My goal for seller's is to get their home "Market Ready" before they list, which is extremely important in any market. I keep in contact with them on an ongoing basis regarding the buyers and agents feedback. I make sure buyers and sellers are aware of all the timelines in a transaction and how things can change during a transaction. Ongoing communication and listening are key to my business.
