Sometimes the hardest part of real estate isn’t buying or selling a home. It’s figuring out what makes sense for your life.
I’m Sandy Williams, an Oregon Realtor® with RE/MAX Equity Group, serving Portland’s Westside and surrounding communities, including Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, Forest Grove, Sherwood, King City, and nearby areas.
With decades of experience in banking and residential real estate, I’ve learned that good real estate decisions begin with good questions, honest information, and understanding what matters most to each person. I help buyers and sellers understand their options, anticipate what may be ahead, and take the process one manageable step at a time.
I work with first-time buyers, longtime homeowners, sellers, families handling probate properties, and people navigating significant life changes. I also have a particular heart for older adults and families facing downsizing and later-life transitions. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) and Certified Senior Housing Professional™ (CSHP), I’ve pursued additional education to better understand the practical and emotional considerations that can come with these moves.
My approach is personal, practical, and never about pressure. Whether you’re ready to make a move or simply trying to understand your choices, you don’t need to have everything figured out before we talk.
